• Arrangements gladly made for Yoga Birthday Parties, young and young at heart, alike!
• Homeschoolers, scout troops and teams are invited to schedule a visit to explore yoga.

Loring, the owner and operator of freedOM Within ~yoga with Loring and the Traveling Yoga Roadshow, is a certified and registered adult and youth yoga teacher and Reiki Master. She enjoys working with all ages, stages and abilities, gentle through advanced sharing Vinyasa Krama, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.

An ever evolving ally, Loring, strives to create safe space for all to flourish on their own path and yoga mat.

Journeying through the private, independent, public & holistic school systems found her heeding the call to find her way to the mat & practice.

While helping to create a school with yoga classes her studies included a multiple intelligence approach to teaching yoga.

Eventually a path cleared for a life-long adventure with yoga studies, practice and healing.

She considers herself privileged to be working with a spiritual mentor, all along the way, leading to a more fulfilling life.

Gratitude abounds while traveling to share yoga, mindfulness, PaddleYoga, reiki & singing bowls.

Working with all ages, stages, phases & abilities has become a joy filled dance of love.

A strong foundation in Vinyasa Krama studies with Sir Srivatsa Ramaswami, work in alignment, physiology & anatomy, and the kundalini science of self, inspire Loring’s classes to meet each student where they are in the present moment.

During her Reiki Master training she was delighted to find her teacher is both professor & reiki master as if she has a footing in both so called worlds. Sacred Sound Healing training with her singing bowl teacher reminded her being that our bodies heal with vibration.

Most recently, diving into trauma informed studies reiterated the fact that humans contain within, great ability to heal & change.

With over a 1,000 hours in studies, practice & teaching experience Loring feels honored to serve her heart work.

And she looks forward to working with you as she finds students tend to be her best teachers, welcoming wholeness in our bodies, minds & spirits.
