Reiki Sessions with Singing Bowl Sound Healing
Just as we know yoga can positively affect the whole human being, so too can Reiki & Sacred Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls.
Recall a time when you were caring for a child, who had a bump or fall. Most likely, you automatically placed your hands on the hurt as you instinctively sought to access the healing process.
Reiki is a vibrational form of natural healing using Universal Life Energy administered by a trained Reiki practitioner. Reiki studies train through levels 1, 2, 3 & Master level in order to learn how to access and channel the energy through the provider to the recipient. Reiki does not claim to heal an illness but rather help the recipient receive the energy from which their body can benefit as they are able.
Welcome the Hz frequency of Himalayan Singing Bowls created in Nepal according to Tibetan traditions. These sound waves are similar to those accessed during meditation or relaxation & even REM sleep. Your body, mind & breath will benefit from chakra balancing, stress & anxiety reduction & the promotion of deep relaxation.
Loring, a certified Usui Reiki Master & Sacred Sound Healing practitioner invites you to strengthen, continue & encourage the healing process with an individual or semi-private Reiki &/or Singing Bowl session. Soothing music or singing bowl vibrations will surround you along with aromatherapy while you rest constructively fully clothed. Reiki sessions consist of a series of hands on positions practiced over & on the body. Reiki can offer comfort while releasing pain.
A yoga student may be familiar with universal life energy as Prana. A martial arts student may refer to the energy as Chi or Ki or even Ha. Just as various asanas or postures balance the chakra system so too can Reiki &/or Singing Bowls. After a healing session folks report feeling lighter, rested & energized. Both approaches have been noted to work well with medical treatments as seen in our local hospitals as of late.
Call, text or email Loring for more details.
